Sue Bernstein

Sue Bernstein started selling real estate in 1974 and specializes in residential real estate with a strong background in Probates, Conservatorships and Trust sales with a proven record as a strong and consistent producer.

Prior to the merger of Gibson and Associates with Dilbeck Realtors, Sue was the Director of Relocation for Gibson & Associates´ 2 offices. Recognizing the need for continuing education and staying on top industry changes Sue achieved her Brokers License in 2001 and in 2003 Sue became an E-Pro Certified Agent recognizing the importance of the Internet in the real estate industry.

Detail minded and conscious of the fact that service is the key to closing escrows in a professional, timely manner, Sue establishes a good rapport with her clients based on mutual trust and respect. Communication with her clients is just one of the steps Sue takes to ensure a smooth move. She has built strong contacts with lenders, escrow officers, title representatives, and appraisers, all of whom she can depend on to get their end of the job done in the same efficient manner in which she handles business.

Sue began her work career as a Registered Nurse both in New York and California and, now in her spare time, Sue donates her valuable energies volunteering for animal rescue organizations in an effort to save and find homes for abandoned dogs and cats.
