This is a philosophy that I live by and it certainly comes through in my work. As a buyer or seller of real estate, you will be making one of the largest financial decisions of your life. You want to know that the person guiding you through this transaction not only has the skills and knowledge, but also the energy to stay on top of the transaction and tie up any loose ends.
About Me:
Experience: I have been a full time licensed real estate agent since June 2001. Since then I have taken part in over 100 transactions and helped just as many buyers and sellers through to a successful closing. Prior to that, I worked in a family owned real estate office in Winter Park, Colorado for 6 years. All in all, I have over 16 years experience in real estate.
Education: I have a B.S. degree in Business Finance and Marketing. I also have a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) degree specific to real estate giving me the knowledge and skill needed to take you through to a successful, stress free closing every time.
Service: I strive to be the "Perfect" Realtor. When I list homes, I have a detailed and proven marketing plan that hits potential buyers everywhere they look. When I work with buyers, I leave no stone unturned in finding the right property. As past clients will tell you, I truly go the extra mile to get the job done right.
Communication: When you are buying or selling a home, you want to know what’s going on. I strive to match my communication with each client to what they truly want and need. I send weekly reports with showing activity and feedback for listings. Buyers are kept up to date with daily emails with new listings that match their needs. I regularly touch base, even if it's just to say "nothing new" so you can rest assure I am on the job.
Integrity: When you work with me, there is no question that I truly want what’s best for you. I never try to "sell" anything to you.
Creativity: Many of my clients think this is one of my strongest traits. I have been known to make the "impossible" happen by looking at the transaction from another angle. If you ask me, it’s not creativity; it’s just having a good understanding of how everything works and being able to see the possibilities.
