Thanks for visiting my site and allowing me the opportunity to introduce myself to you!

I am a Colorado native who has been licensed here since 1987. I worked for land developers of 35+ acre subdivisions all over southern Colorado for 16 years before opening my own company in 2006; so I'm familiar with many different areas and ranches throughout the southern part of the state.

I am also a member of the REALTORS Land Institute which provides exceptonal marketing and training opportunities for the land professional. I have attained the ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) designation requiring 120 hours of rigorous coursework and proof of qualifying sales. When I received it in 2009 I was one of fewer than 1300 agents awarded this designation since the inception of RLI in 1944. Because of my affiliation with RLI I enjoy a large professional network and I can assist you with the sale or purchase of land or large ranches, with or without homes, all over Colorado.

Once I got my company up and running I expanded my focus to residential sales, as well, and took another 17 classes specific to this area of service. So if you need to sell or purchase a home--whether on a city lot or on large acreage, I can help with that, too.
