Bill Pyle

Bill Pyle and Carolyn Bird joined HomeSense Realty in Steamboat Springs together in February 2010. Pyle is a 20-year Steamboat Springs real estate veteran who has assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers throughout his real estate career. He is also active as a PSIA Fully Certified ski instructor for the Steamboat Ski Area with 20 years of teaching experience. As the son of a Naval aviator, Pyle grew up all over the world and spent 8 years as a commercial diver in the North Sea and throughout Europe before settling in Steamboat in 1989. He also speaks Spanish. Pyle’s two children, Myrissa, age 14, and Trevor, age 11, were both born in Steamboat and all enjoy skiing and snowboarding whenever they can.

Bird earned her real estate license in 2006 and brings more than 19 years of sales and marketing experience to the team. Bird’s professional background includes various positions in the pharmaceutical, ski and advertising industries before moving to Steamboat in 2007. For the past three years, she has worked with local real estate developers to help launch, market and sell new construction luxury real estate. Bird has lived in ski towns and cities throughout the country and worldwide, including Big Sky, MT, Crested Butte, CO, Chicago, Boulder, and Chamonix and Bordeaux, France. She speaks French and is also a licensed Realtor in California.
