Ken has a 4 yr Bachelor's degree from Maryville College with a major in marketing. After college, Ken worked for Kmart
corporation as a Regional Project Manager, in charge of $3 million dollar refurbishing projects in which he oversaw the renovation of older retail stores. It was after this Ken entered into finance, where he made his mark by changing the standards and processes in the automotive finance world which are still used today. Negoitiating with banks to provide ciients lower rates and the company he worked for additional profits (in the millions). In 2006 Ken was retained by ADS Builders to prepare loan packages and oversee the acquisition loans for $6 to $20 million dollar projects, working with bank CEO's and Senior Presidents and VPs. Supervised and oversaw the packaging of take out loans for the end users of the units sold. Ken has always kept the clients needs and wants as a priority and has engineered innovative strategies that maximize the return for both his client and all parties involved.
