Aviva Eyal

I was born and raised in Israel and have lived in Taiwan, Germany, London and New York. During this period, I was enriched by a broad spectrum of cultures, languages and an abundance of life experiences.
As founder and program director of Youth Outreach in Israel, I created a safe haven and nurturing environment for disadvantages youth (aged 4-7). My organizational leadership and innovative talents were used to develop events for fund raising, to provide social and educational experiences and field trips that enhanced the lives of children in the community.

In Florida, I dedicate some of my time to the SFK – Spirituality For Kids. The mission of the SFK is to teach the children the benefits of treating others with human dignity, tolerance, and respect and how to realize their true potential and change their destiny.

My family and I decided to come to Florida on a trip to visit relatives here. We never went back! The blending of the beautiful weather, elegant style and slower pace were a combination that could not be ignored.

I have been in sales since 1988. I worked with one of the largest insurance brokerage firms in Israel as a Marketing Development Manager. I developed and negotiated with insurance companies’ special coverage and plans according to the market's needs, and then marketing those plans to the public. Real Estate was a natural progression for me because of my strong negotiation skills and the ability to understand and respond to one's true need. Friends and family relied on my instinct and expertise and it made sense to make real estate my profession.

I studied at New York University, Su Chow University in Taiwan and Tel Aviv University in Israel. My concentration was marketing, finance and languages. Throughout the years I took supplementary studies and many short workshops in public relations and motivation as well as Introduction to Commercial Real Estate.


As a CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert I focus on helping homeowners that may be facing foreclosure or are upside down on their mortgages and don't know their options.
