My husband Dave and I are full time residents in Cape Coral Florida. We live on the water on a saltwater canal and love the views. Our IG (Italian Greyhound), Annie lives with us.
I have been helping buyers and sellers since 1999 as a full time Realtor. My background prior to real estate was in the business world. My educational experience includes an MBA (Marketing) from George Washington and a BS (Duel major in both Management and Finance) from Va Tech.

I have over 11 years of full time real estate experience and have successfully sold over 500 houses. I help both Buyer's and Seller's. About 80% of my real estate business is repeat and referral from satisfied clients and other agents across the country. My ABR designation means I am an Accredited Buyer Representative. Only 4% of Realtors nationwide have a CRS designation which basically means I have taken quite a bit of traning on selling houses and have sold quite a few! There is one more designation that is not listed which I possess. It is the CDPE or Certified Distressed Property Expert. Basically, I help Sellers successfully sell their homes through a short sale process rather than lose it to foreclosure.
