Karin Arellano

Hi! My name is Karin Arellano. I am the Broker/Owner of Arellano Realty & Investments, LLC. A local real estate company that thrives on referrals and offering a hometown feel.

I have been a local resident of South Lake County since 1990. I enjoy spending time with my family, my husband John and our two children, Kaleb & Kelsey. I am an involved parent as well as hold a chair on the Montverde Plannign and Zoning Board, and a member of the FFA Booster Club.

I enjoy spending time outdoors camping and hiking. I am an avid kayaker as well as participate in local 5k runs.

My personal achievements include being a multi-million dollar top producer. I also invest and manage my personal real estate portfolio.
