Kris was born in Guyana, South America. His career in Guyana was primarily sales oriented, where he worked in management level positions within the retail distribution and marketing for approximately 20 years. As an honor graduate, he was the recipient of many certificates and awards in Management & Business Accounting, Economics, Marketing, and Business Law. He has voluntarily contributed his time and money to help his community and has served as a Senior Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce for several years. He also served as President of the Rotary Club of New Amsterdam, Guyana.
Kris migrated to the United States in 2003 to live the American dream with his wife and two children who are now both university students. They have made Orlando, Florida their home since then. In 2004, Kris pursued his passion for Real Estate and obtained his license in June of 2004. He has serviced prime Central Florida areas such as Orlando, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Windermere, Clermont, Monteverde, Groveland, Kissimmee and surrounding communities. He has received many awards for his outstanding performance throughout the years. These include Silver and Gold Pinnacle Awards denoting extent of volume of closed sales. Last year (2009) he successfully finished the year as the top agent for the Clermont branch.
Apart from work, Kris enjoys playing the guitar and singing in his spare time.
