I started out in the real estate business over twenty years ago, and have lived in and around Jacksonville most of my life. I grew up in the North Jacksonville area, and have seen many changes over the years, from the building of the Dames Point bridge, to the many beautiful neighborhoods now in place, and yet in many areas it still has that great country feel.
I remember when I first moved to Jacksonville over thirty years ago, the Regency area was large sand dunes and many enjoyed driving their four wheelers over the Dunes, now we have the Regency Mall, many shopping centers and fine dining.
I have lived in Arlington and Regency, Spent nearly ten years in Mandarin, and almost five years in Fruit Cove and Julington Creek. I have raised three children in Jacksonville and I'm very familiar with all areas of town.
I currently live in Yulee, but I service ALL of the Jacksonville area.
The Northeast Florida area boast many Small Coastal Communities, such as, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, plus others.
For those who enjoy more of the Rural life and Country feel, we have that too! In areas Such as Callahan, Hilliard, Bryceville, Middleburg, Macclenny, Green coves, plus others.
I love Working with local buyers and sellers, and helping to familiarize new ones to the many different communities and amenities in the Northeast Florida area.
