I can write you a brief summary about all I done, or just tell it like it is, and since I am the original "TELL IT LIKE IT IS" kinda girl, I prefer to do that. I started in Realty really as a kid back in Michigan. Although, not a Realtor my mother and father would buy and sell property on a regular basis. I guess this is where I got the idea that Realty wasn't a bad way to go. However, if was years in the making and now I find that I wish that I would have spread my wings way before now. But, I will not look back!

So, I really started as a Realtor around 7 years ago now. Gee how time flies. I have learned that your are not just a Realtor, you are a Mediator, a Marriage Counsultant, and the best of a true confident. The hayday of 2005 is gone and what is left behind us is a true nightmare of piles of paperwork, and an avalanch of foreclosure, abandoned homes and Short Sales. All of what I've become very familiar with.

I guess my true nature is to tell you the truth "straight up". I'm not very popular because of this but, if I feel that I need to be if you want me to market your home for more than it's worth. Guess what...you'll hear it from me. If you need to pack and move some things around as an ASP...(Accrediated Staging Professional) you'll hear that too. What I'm trying to say is that I will do what I need to do to get your home SOLD in the shortest amount of time. But, I need you, as the Seller to work with me.

On the buying side, I have taken the National Stabilization Program class to help people get into a home with less cost. I have joined a Lender that will give you a YES or NO answer on a loan and they will GUARANTEE the cost. If you get a better one, they will meet it, and will not change the cost prior to close as so many do. This way I can still have a hands on when it comes to your lender and will not get lead down that eternal prim rose path.
