Peri Kiros grew up in Queens, New York and was an Apparel Designer for many years. She then branched out on her own and opened an embellishing business, Peri, Inc. and supplied garment manufacturers with Computerized Embroidery, Schiffli Embroidery, Venice Lace and stonework (which she designed and contracted). She moved to Florida six years ago and decided to pursue Real Estate as her new profession. Peri Kiros believes in advancing herself through education, because knowledge is power. She has obtained various designations including: SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), ALHS (Accredited Luxury Home Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist) and is always working towards another degree. Peri Kiros has completed over 500 transactions and over $50 million in sales, of which 68% were her own listings.
