I was awarded a Special Designation by the Greater Lake County Association of Realtors®f for 2008, 2009 and 2010 as a Million Dollar Plus Producer. More recently, Terry was awarded a special designation from the National Association of Realtors® for "At Home With Diversity®" (AHWD), and the SFR Designation (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resourc). My real estate knowledge comes from Sarasota on Florida's Gulf Coast, where I was a sales associate for that areas #1 ranked brokerage and #5 ranked real estate firm in Florida for 2006 sales volume. I began my professional career in Criminal Justice, then became an administrator in a non-profit organization, finally transitioning to Real Estate. My husband, Robin, and I have bought and sold many homes while he made his career in the military. While living and traveling in Europe for 9 years, and in the USA, we can relate to the many issues involved in buying and selling a home.
