I am a licensed broker-associate with The Luxury Team of Florida Real Estate Group located in Palm Coast and Orlando, Florida. I previously handled long term luxury rentals but now exclusively handle luxury Real Estate in gated, golf and coastal communities. My focus is on the communities of Hammock Beach, Cinnamon Beach, Ocean Hammock, Hammock Dunes, Canopy Walk, Grand Haven and Palm Coast Plantation. I have had much success in these communities and throughout Flagler County. My full attention is given to each transaction no matter how big or how small. I also have extensive experience with short sales, bank owned and distressed properties and have been involved in a number of these type of transactions.
