Ken & Karen Rolland

We specialize in residential waterfront properties throughout Charlotte county, portions of Lee and Sarasota counties but can assist you in all of your real estate needs. We moved from Minneapolis MN in 2002 where we both were previously in the financial and computer industries. Ken had a successful consulting business for 13 years following a career in sales and operations management in the bond trading arena. Karen has over 18 years of banking experience and 10 years of insurance and employee benefit experience focusing mainly on administration and marketing. We currently live in Punta Gorda Isles, a boating/golfing community. We enjoy spending time with friends, family, and our pets especially on the water.

Karen was President of the Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port Assn of Realtors for 2009 and has previously served in various officer positions for both the Assn and Women's Council of Realtors, including President of WCR in 2006. Ken too is active with the local association and has served as webmaster for WCR for the past 3 years. Both Ken and Karen are college graduates, Karen has her MBA. Both have earned various NAR designations. Karen also holds the Professional Management Network, Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, and e-Pro designations. We are both active in the community as members of both the Punta Gorda and Charlotte County Chambers of Commerce, the Coast Guard Auxilliary, TEAM Punta Gorda, and the civic association of Punta Gorda Isles.
