Jeanne Gavish,CIPS, GRI, SRES,SFR,TRC,AHWD

Jeanne Gavish has been licensed since 1990 and earned her broker's license in 1997. She has owned three Century 21 franchises and an Exit Realty Franchise and is now Broker/Owner of Gavish Properties & Investments, Inc. which specializes in Property Management and Rentals. She is also a broker at Keller Williiams Realty Elite Partners in Spring Hill, specializing in residential sales. She earned her Real Estate instructor's license and opened Nature Coast Real Estate School in 2001, where she currently teaches real estate licensing classes. She is a GRI 3 instructor for Property Management for Florida Association of Realtors and also teaches the National Association of Realtors (NAR)Code of Ethics. She received her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation in 2005 and earned the Certified International Property Specialist designation (CIPS), Transnational Referral Ceritification (TRC) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD)in 2010..
When she is not selling real estate or teaching, Jeanne is an avid volunteer for her community. She is a past Chair of the Government Affairs Committee for the Hernando County Association of Realtors, Director of the Hernando County Association of Realtors, and Director of the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce. She served as Board Chair of the Chamber in 2005-2006. Governor Bush appointed her to the District Board of Trustees for Pasco-Hernando Community College, where she has served two terms as Board Chair. She was recently reappointed to this board by Governor Crist and is BoardCchair for PHCC.
She currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee for the Hernando County Association of Realtors..
