I have been a licensed REALTOR since 1996, having lived in Hernando County since 1977. I have seen many changes in Hernando County, especiallly Spring Hill. We have grown tremendously over the years as our population has exploded!


I look forward to helping you make the move!

Education has always been an important and continuing part of my career, helping me to serve my customers to the best of my ability. Because of this, I have taken the necessary education requirements to receive the GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialists), and ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) designations. I have also received the e-Pro Technology Certification. In August of 2009 I received my Broker's license.

I was very pleased to receive the Realtor/Associate of the Year Award from the Hernando County Association of Realtors in 2004 and 2005.

I have also served on the Board of Directors for the Hernando County Association of Realtors, served as the Chairman of Professional Standards in 2009 and currently for the 2011 year.
