Originally from a Chicago, Illinois, Lois came to Tampa in mid-life, already having developed the skills it takes to help people get their needs met. “Chicago is a great place for meeting and helping people because it is such a friendly city with so many multi-cultural backgrounds of people. I feel fortunate I had this experience because Real Estate is all about matching people up with the right homes and that takes concerned questioning and patient understanding.”

With a B.S. degree and 20 years experience owning her own creative arts and food company, Lois has natural ability for creative ideas, has strong negotiation skills, skilled in multi-tasking, and is detail oriented—all very important characteristics for handling high pressure sales in Real Estate. Experienced in both new and existing sales of homes while working with both Buyers and Sellers, her business is strongly based on referral business.
Lois works in Residential Real Estate primarily in the 3 county area of Tampa Bay, namely Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco. She has also found homes for Buyers in Hernando and Polk counties and maintains a New Home Construction website including Manatee county as well. With Northwest Tampa being her home, her strongest expertise lies in that area and she does not hesitate to refer clients to Realtors where their needs will be better met.
