Now in my 16th year as a REALTOR in the Americus, Ga., area, I offer customers and clients full or limited services according to their needs, with fees negotiated accordingly. There's no "standard" fee.

Michael Dixon Realty is the only real estate company in my MLS that gives every buyer a free one-year home warranty (on property selling for $85,000 or more). Others will sell you one; I give it to you free as my way of saying, "Thanks for your business." Or the buyer may choose a Lowe's gift certificate valued at $400.
