I have been living on Tybee Island, (a small barrier island just East of Savannah) for over 35 years and I LOVE it here!
I have a degree in Art and Theater but ended up teaching 1-8 th grades and then Montessori for several years. Then went into restaurant management for a few years (I love good cuisine so it was a great fit!)
Several years ago I bought my first investment property, started managing private Beach Rentals, started a small Cleaning Business in conjunction with the Beach Rentals, and by then I knew I wanted to go further in Real Estate!
