Naome Coloma

Waikoloa on the sunny west side of the Big Island of Hawaii has been my home since 2003. I moved to the Big Island from California. While in California, every year for about 20 years I had always spent at least a week vacationing in Hawaii alternating between all the islands. Needless to say, I had always wanted to live in Hawaii because of its warm weather, beautiful people and it's natural beauty. Where else can one enjoy all year round the warm waters and golden sands of Waikoloa, the cool green rolling hills of Waimea and the majestic Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa with it's snow cap during winter.

I graduated from St. Paul University in Manila with a Bachelor of Science degree, major in Nutrition. I studied for another year at the University of California in Berkeley. For over 30 years, I worked in an administrative capacity at the University of California. I was Senior Administrative Analyst in the Dean's Office, School of Medicine at UC San Francisco and then at UCLA and the last 8 years as Administrator of the OB/GYN Department at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.

My Heart has always been in real estate so while holding a full time job at the University, I also dabbled in real estate in the early 90's. Now that I'm retired, I embraced real estate business as my second career.

My current hobbies include traveling, playing golf and volunteering at various church programs and charitable organizations.

I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single family homes, condominiums and income properties on the west side of the Big Island most specially on the Waikoloa and Waimea/Kamuela area. With rental/income properties, I will assist my clients with IRC 1031 exchanges. I keep current on all real estate transactions on the Big Island of Hawaii.
