Pam Dempsey

I retired from CNA Insurance in 2003 where I was the Vice President and Treasurer. About that time I started investing in real estate in the Bronzeville neighborhood. The more time I spent in the area, the more I thought it was a wonderful place not just to invest but also to live. In 2004 I moved to Bronzeville from the South Loop, where I owned a condo at 910 S. Michigan and had been President of the 910 S. Michigan Condo Association. Since being in the area, I have become involved in neighborhood organizations including Oakwood Boulevard Improvement Association (OBIA), Bronzeville Area Residents' and Commerce Council (BARCC), and the Bronzeville Chamber of Commerce. I am currently the Treasurer of BARCC.

I started Bronzeville Properties LLC in early 2006 to focus on a specific geographic area (South Loop to South Shore and east of the Dan Ryan), to have more flexibility in pricing and services provided to clients, to provide a high level of customer service, and to develop greater internet marketing capabilities.
