I strive to continually educate myself in the area of Real Estate, financing, investing, etc. as you can never know too much. I am currently a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI ~ a Realtor Designation) that teaches not only the basics in ethics, negotiations, taxation and investing but additionally covers many more interesting and valuable subjects such as technology. I also have earned designations in the area of Short Sales and Foreclosures (SFR and ADPR) and Seniors (SRES ~ Seniors Real Estate Specialist). I've been attending seminars on tax planning, short sales, and visiting many lenders to keep informed of the many products available to consumers in today's changing market. While I'm not an expert in any of these subjects, I have educated myself about them and can respectfully refer you to dependable people in these areas.
