Dana Allen

Focused, professional, technological, service oriented and devoted to her clients Dana Allen is the key to your real estate experience. Dana began her customer service training as a waitress in her Mother’s Restaurant. She continued her post-graduate education by becoming a Registered Nurse licensed in 2 states. Returning to customer service in sales, Dana obtained her real estate license in 2006, became a broker in 2007 and has achieved and maintained her million dollar status since 2007. Understanding the value of continuing her education, she has earned the “GRI” (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and the “AHWD” (At Home with Diversity) designations. Dana is up to date on the latest technology and incorporates this into her marketing, including her own agent specific website, listing syndication, and mobile text marketing. Ms. Allen serves on the Board of Directors of the Staunton Chamber of Commerce where she holds the position of Vice President. Dana also serves her local real estate board by serving on the Grievance Committee and has attended the Professional Standards Workshops to stay current on real estate laws and industry standards. Dana has attended the last 3 years of the National Association of Realtors Convention and assisted with the rebuilding of homes by volunteering with Habitat for Humanity in 2010. “Dana works hard for her customers. Dana and her husband Steve are parents of 2 sons. Her interests include involvement with the ITS Bike Trail, Camping, Biking, hiking with her dog “Dobie” and travel.
