Judy Holland

A REALTOR® since 1979 I enjoy working with buyers and sellers. I am a wife, mother and grandmother and try to treat my clients as I would my family - with honesty and care for them and their needs. My family was raised in a rural area and we've always had animals such as dogs, cats, horses and an occasional goat. I was a 4-H leader for many years. My present empty nest home sits on 10 acres with a pond and I keep a large garden. My buyers will receive personal attention and care for their needs and won't be rushed into buying above their means or asked to compromise more than they are comfortable with. No pushing - I promise!

I received my sales license in 1979 and my brokers license in 1980. I was with Shaw Realty from 1979 to 1981. I established Holland Realty in 1981 and continued until 1991. In 1991 I moved to RE/MAX Advantage and continue there today. Due to a merger in 2011 my present affiliation is with RE/MAX Ability Plus.
I have been active on the local level with the Metropolitan Indianapolis board of REALTORS®, holding offices in the Eastern Division several times over the past 20 years.
