Kim Hibdon

I am a native of Kansas City! Since the age of 2 I’ve owned, shown and raised registered quarter horses and still partake in this hobby as time permits traveling with my mother and horse Jack. I have traveled for work, but always refused relocation because of my family and ties to the Kansas City Area. This is home, I love it here, but more importantly I enjoy helping others to call KC home. I like to tell people that I was “hatched” in the real estate industry, starting at the tender age of 16. In 1982 I had a “real” job, while my friends flipped burgers for minimum wage. This job was part-time after school and then in-between school while continuing my education, as a typist and title clerk for a locally owned real estate title company. This was a great job. Not only was this a great job for industry knowledge, and did I learn how type, and type, and type, and we didn’t even have an electronic type-writer. So I just dated myself.
With me, you get me, just me, no assistants to be passed off to, just me! I understand that buying and selling a home can be an emotional experience, I do my best to remove as much stress from you as possible. I enjoy making your dreams come true, one yard at a time.
