A Licensed Realtor since 2003 and Accredited Buyers Representative since 2009. I served as a builder's representative for many years and have been the general contractor for several log homes experiencing the challanges of new construction, pre-existing homes and the specialty of log homes.

I assist sellers in every aspect of the transaction, from gathering information to analyze the market for their specific home to readying and staging their home for best show quality. First impressions count! I am with them through every facet of the sale, educating all the way!

I assist buyers in analyzing the market for fair market value of homes they are considering, place them in touch with reputable mortgage advisors for pre- approval before viewing any home and place them with inspection teams, guiding them through the entire transaction to closing, educating all the way!

My goal is to take each client through the somewhat hectic technicality of selling and buying real estate with as little upheaval in their daily lives as possible, all the way to the close of the transaction, educating all the way! Afterall, each client is my future! My clients recommend me to their friends, family and co-workers regularly, helping me meet my goal of a 100% referral-based business.
