Joe has over 25 yrs experience managing farming and ranching properties. He is a B.S. graduate of L.S.U. and pursued further studies at McNeese in the Paralegal field. In 2007, he was awarded the ABR designation by the Real Estate Buyers Agency Council. Later that year, he recieved the Sellers Representative Specialist designation presented by the SRS Council. In early 2008, Joe became an associate broker with a local firm. April of 2009 the Louisiana Realtors conferred the designation of Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) to Joe in recognition of completion of advanced educational requirements. May of 2009 Joe obtained the designation of e-PRO demonstrating his ongoing commitment to technology. Jan 2011 in order to better serve his clients, Joe opened Tupco Realty, starting a new decade of excellence and professionalism in the real estate industry.
