David Dunham

Hello Everyone- the following is a little about Dave so you know who you are talking to.
Dave and his wife Mary have been married for 45 years and have raised three children and have four grandchildren. They have lived in the same home in Fryeburg for 28 years. His older daughter Robyn Ela works with him as part of his real estate team.
He is Chairman of the Masons Child Identification Program (CHIP) and also Bikes for Books at the CA Snow School.Dave also teaches skiing to special needs and handicapped children.
His hobbies include spending time in the mountains and lakes skiing,backpacking, hiking,biking and surfcasting for stripers off Maine beaches.You will also find him supporting his grandchildren at all their school and sporting events.

Dave was a successful self employed home builder in the area for over 30 years (Dunham Building and Remodeling). At age 50 he decided to combine his building experience with Real Estate so he could better assist clients and customers with finding the perfect lot for their new home.
Over his twenty one years in the Real Estate Industry, Dave had been an Associate Broker with the 2 largest Real Estate franchises in the country and is proud to be the first Maine resident to start listing and selling real estate for EXIT Realty Leaders here in Maine.
