Founder and President of Agape Global Real Estate, LLC, a global real estate company that provides marketing services and identifies lucrative opportunities for investors worldwide. With a humanitarian focus, the company shares the ‘first fruits’, ten (10) percent of its profits for educational/leadership development initiatives/programs for youth.
• A graduate of University of Arkansas – BS Mathematics with additional studies/advanced training in accounting, finance, marketing, and real estate.
• 30 years of professional experience that started as a high school math/science teacher, working abroad, in Belgium, Liberia and Nigeria.
• Joined a major petroleum company, in 1990, assigned to the Real Estate, Land & Development Division to hold positions in accounting and finance.
• In 1994, was selected by the same company to enter an accelerated marketing development program. New York assignments followed as marketing territory manager for both company operated and dealer stores until 1997.
• After New York, was assigned to Downstream Fuels Marketing Business Planning, and Analysis department, in the corporate headquarters until 1999. Responsibility included development of feasibility models and analytical decision tools for senior level management to review market expansion projects, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• In 1999, with the same company, was assigned to the Midwest, to work with distributors covering 8 states consisting of 125 distributors/entrepreneurs, and approximately 2500 service station sites. Key responsibilities were to promote brand positioning and consistency throughout region and class of trade .
• 1n 2000, assigned as Retail Marketing Area Manager in California charged with a geography of 189 dealers, 260 service station sites, a reporting team of 7 marketing territory managers, and the profit & loss of 500MG of gasoline annually to include the associated company assets.
• In 2002, was assigned to Global Marketing Training and charged to develop US marketing/leadership training and mentoring programs for new hires and existing employees for cross-training purposes. Programs were successfully developed, and implemented to train approximately 200+ new marketing managers within 4 years. These programs are currently being utilized as the company's ‘global best practice’ training and mentoring models. Retired from the company July, 2006 to subsequently establish Agape Global Real Estate, LLC in October, 2006.
• A licensed real estate agent in the States of Maryland and Virginia, affiliated with Keller Williams Preferred Properties, in Upper Marlboro, MD. Currently, in pursuit of a network of agents throughout the US/Canada to better serve the fulfillment of relocation and/or investment requests of clients/referrals worldwide.
