Education

Graduate of B.C. High, Boston College B.S., Salem State, M. Ed. I have also taken numerous courses in real estate education.

Work Background

Teacher-Coach in Boston, Billerica and Winthrop, MA. I later worked in sales for Liberty Mutual and opened a successful insurance, real estate and travel agency, all prior to moving to Cape Cod in 1990. In 1991, I started selling real estate on Cape Cod and in the early 2000’s managed the Jack Conway Real Estate office in Dennis, followed by some medical surgeries requiring time to recover.

Family

I have been married to my wife, Betty, for over 45 years and we have eight wonderful children and fifteen grandchildren. My life has never been dull! When you have an extra 30 minutes to spare, ask about the family.

Community Service

Past President of Winthrop Rotary Club, Paul Harris Fellow and Chairman of Fund-Raising – 18 years, President of Winthrop Chamber of Commerce and Y.M.C.A.
Trustee of Winthrop Hospital and Chairman of fund-raising for an eleven million dollar campaign fund.
Recipient of Distinguished Service Award given by Winthrop Jaycees
Chairman of numerous golf tournaments for D.Y.E.C.H. and Harwich-Dennis Rotary Club

Personal

In the past I enjoyed golf at Ocean Edge and Bass River. I was also a member of the Winthrop Golf Club and Tedesco Country Club in Marblehead. I am an avid fan of all our local sports teams and I have been a season ticket holder for the Boston Red Sox for 40 years.
