My career started writing Environmental Impact Statements for the Michigan Department of Transportation and I ended up building EMS and Transportation facilities as well as administrative buildings for MDOT. This meant I worked with local city managers and mayors to put together local funding to help match Federal and state funding.

My projects included the CATA Transportation Center and the MSU transfer center, The Livingston County EMS facility, the Muskegon Transportation facility and a thousand other projects such as "US 2 in the UP and all of the highway cameras that make up Intelligent Transportation throughout Michigan that are on the Lodge Freeway and throughout Oakland County.
I not only have in depth knowledge of the Greater Lansing area but I have a vast knowledge of the whole state because of having so many projects throughout the state. I can give information regarding most of the states Lakes as well as where to shop for what and where to eat! People from out of town always say that I should put my information into a book.
I'm a developer as well as a realtor and have combined my Environmental Issues background with my new subdivision. I have saved every tree and kept every hill possible.
