One of my specialities is investment properties. After purchasing and selling over 22 personal rental properties, I truly understand the investment market inside and out. I love to share my expertise in this area of real estate!
I also love to work with first time buyers and enjoy holding their hands through the whole process. It is a scary decision and I like to treat them like I would my own children for this important investment.
Lastly, I am well versed in both leasing and selling commercial properties as well.
