Wesley Brooks

As a Third Generation Realtor and a Fifth Generation Builder, Wes Brooks has worked inside the housing industry for over 35 years. Working with Coldwell Banker, Wes works directly with buyers and sellers in residential, commercial, vacant land as well as estate sales and multi family housing. As a resident of the Oxford area ( primarily serving Oakland and Lapeer Counties ) since 1958. Wes knows the communities he works in. As a licensed private pilot, Wes also markets property in the Northern portions of Michigan as well; including Port Austin along the shores of Lake Huron and upwards to West Branch, Mio and Standish around the Huron National Forest.

Author of Books published by Author House Publishing ( Bloomington, Indiana ) Wes writes books on the housing industry with books on construction "Guide to New Custom Home Ownership" and real estate related information. Currently working on the book "Finding New Neighbors" related to buyers of real estate. The next book will be titled "Echo’s in the Hall" related to sellers of real estate.
