THE GREEN AGENT

Most real estate transactions and paperwork can be done electronically with a system that I have put in place that allows you to provide digital signatures to any paperwork that requires initials or signatures thru a program called Docusign. I also combine this technology with the Relay system which allows you a secure access to all your paperwork, and also allows you to upload documents into the secure site. This allows less time in the car chasing paperwork, and less paper that goes to waste, allowing a much greener process than the industry is used to.
