I have lived in Neosho since September of 1984. 15 years in the
motorcycle business in the area, 9 of those as general manager of Don’s
Honda (1988 to 1995), Joplin Honda (1995) and Pro-Cycle Honda of
Springfield (1995 to 1998). 11 years as a Realtor. Started with
Homefinders Realty, Inc. where I earned “Rookie of the Year” with the
Newton-McDonald Board of Realtors. I was the first agent in the
Newton-McDonald County Board of Realtors to earn the ABR
designation (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation, Also, The
first in the board to earn the MRE (Master of Real Estate) designation.
Over 600 transactions to date with over 300 of them being REO (repos).
Several commercial transactions in Neosho, and more than a dozen
farms over 40 acres or larger. A charter member of the Missouri
Statewide Professional Standards, Grievance and Arbitration
committee since 2000. A single father of 5 with 3 children still living at
home with myself (Tiffany 20, Derek 18, Levi 12) .Active in the
community, church and my kids interest. My faith, my family and my
