I was raised in south St. Louis & went to school there. I'm currently a resident of Tower Grove East, in a 105 year home I've re-habbed over the last 4 years. I've seen the city grow over the last 10 years, with a new, young generation purchasing, re-habbing & moving into these beautiful, historic homes, & form the backbone of a thriving, growing, emerging urban culture.
It's rewarding to me in the fact that I've not only become a part of it, with the re-habbing of my personal home, but having sold many of these homes to others with the same goal, is something I take a great deal of pride in. Thru my efforts & the efforts of many others, the city is thriving once again.
