Tim Anderson grew up in a rural town in southern Minnesota. As a young man he enjoyed the local sports that a small agricultural town had to offer. Bow hunting, golf, x-country skiing, hiking and camping were his passions.
At 15 years old Tim went to work in the construction trades. His involvement as a builder and woodwork installer has now reached 38 years.
Tim has developed several rental units, a spec home and bought and sold real estate in conjunction with his career in the construction trades.
He brings a high level of knowledge and insight to the analysis of value in structures and land. He finds great satisfaction in seeking out value in a real estate transaction.

My formal training is a four year degree in accounting from the University of Wyoming and real estate sales person licensing.
I have spent my entire career in the real estate / construction trades working as a builder for general contractors and sales person for a brokerage firm.
I have developed my own rental and investment property.
My property development involved me with real property acquisition, site and structural design,
cost analysis and revenue projections, loan procurement , construction development,
and marketing.
