Charlie Forbes

Charlie comes by his passion for real estate naturally. He is the third generation to make a career in real estate, following his grandparents and an aunt into the business. Charlie’s real estate career came after 20 years as a banking consultant where he guided the design and implementation of complex and detailed projects at many of the largest financial institutions in the United States and Canada. As a full-time REALTOR®, Charlie now uses his talents for active listening, careful planning and attention to detail for the benefit of buyers and sellers in the Lake Sunapee Region.

Charlie has enjoyed the Lake Sunapee Region since his earliest years, vacationing on the lake in the summer and skiing Mount Sunapee in the winter. He is active in the community serving on the Board of Directors of the Lake Sunapee Protective Association, the Board of Directors of The Fells and the Board of the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors where he is Treasurer.
