My name is Gail Vinnal and I am a Broker Associate with the Real Estate Office of Savva Realty located in Montclair, NJ. I am also a licensed Real Estate Instructor. I recently received certification in Short Sales and Foreclosures

My business is currently fortified by working in the short sale and foreclosure market where I come into contact with many investores and First Time Homebuyers looking for a more affordable way to own a home.

. Buying a home is one of the most stressful things a person can do, buying a first home can be overwhelming. My experience with the First Time Homebuyer allows me to anticipate the needs of my clients, solve problems before they can escalate and answer questions before they are asked.
I understand that, although I do this for a living, you may only do this one time in your life and nothing involved in buying your first home is a common occurrence to you. I walk you step by step through the process and answer your questions along the way (as many times as you ask them). It is my feeling that this is one of the biggest decisions you will make in your life and you are entitled to all the information available as often as you need it to be comfortable with your decision. I'm happy to show you as many houses as is necessary for you to find the home of your dreams. When you find the perfect home for you you will know!
I have been licensed as a Realtor in the State of New Jersey for the past 10 years. I became a Broker in 2005 and received my license as a Real Estate Broker in 2007 I recently received the SSFR (Short-Sale Foreclosure Resource) designation.
