I have been afull-tine professional Realtor since 1992, selling land, new construction, and re-sale single and multi-family homes in Hunterdon, Somerset and Warren counties.
Since 1992, I have earned several designations sponsored by the National Association of Realtors. I am a specialist in antique homes....these counties have lots of them. I love old homes, and owned one for 18 years.
I am an e-PRO, which presumes I am technologically literate. I also have a CSP designation, which means I am a specialist in selling and marketing new construction.
My MIRM designatiion involved taking four separate training modules, and writing a dissertation/analysis of a new homes site subidivision. This was read and evaluated by a team of MIRM specialists.
I listen well. I am a strong negotiator. I am honest and ethical. I'd love to be your Realtor!
