What is unique about me? Why should you hire me?

My business background in information technology, and my MBA in marketing. I find that my expertise in IT management and analysis has helped me help my clients by using the MLS systems in the most effective way determining trends, researching, etc. while my marketing background allows me to develop the best marketing strategies to fit their specific needs to sell their home for the highest price, in the least amount of time.

My love of architecture has recently resurfaced working and living in the Montclair area. It was my original study in university. I worked for an architectural engineering firm for 5years learning side by side with the best in NYC while also studying. I love every opportunity to now learn the history of the homes here, they are amazing.

Who knew that I was going to become a Realtor? I never appreciated the depth and complexities of this field or recognized it even as a profession. However, all the pieces of my background puzzle have finally come together to make me whole and passionate about what I do. This was a necessary journey to appreciate all the facets of what makes a professional Realtor.

7 years in Greece, created a successful internet business, exclusive importer and distributor of US hobby products. Built custom home/villa.

Moved back to NJ in Oct 2007 with my husband and my twins.
