Below are brief descriptions of the designations that I have acquired.

Broker/Sales Associate- I have successfully completed ad additional 150 hours of coursework. The topics covered are General Real Estate, Ethics and Agency, and Office Management.

ABR- The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

GRI- The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made a commitment to providing a superior level of professional services by earning the GRI designation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.The GRI program includes 90 hours of coursework on various topics such as marketing and servicing listed properties to real estate law.

SRES- Seniors Real Estate Specialists® are REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of home buyers age 50-plus. The SRES® Council awards the SRES® Designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program.

By earning the SRES® designation, your REALTOR® has demonstrated necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50-plus through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating,
refinancing, or selling the family home. Your REALTOR® has received special training, gets regular
updates, and is prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions.
