We are full time and experienced real estate professionals. We have grown our practice by standing beside our clients in all aspects of buying and selling real estate. We continue to grow our practice by understanding our clients needs and applying that understanding to our local market.

Background information on Judy and Dave Collins

We are looking forward to our 48th wedding anniversary; we're high school/college sweethearts with 3 grown children and 8 grandchildren. We moved to Queensbury 20 years ago from Suffern, NY. Prior to that we'd lived in New Jersey, Boston, Albany, Montreal and when we were first married Dave was an Infantry officer stationed at Ft. Knox, KY.

In our prior lives, Dave was in information technology (Oracle, Computer Associates, Computer Sciences Corp...) and Judy was an office manager for a number of years.

Judy's most rewarding work experience was the 6 years that she spent in various capacities at the Double H Hole in the Woods Ranch, a local organization providing specialized programs and year-round support for children and their families dealing with life-threatening illnesses.

Judy is also active in Literacy Volunteers of America and our parish church/community while Dave was instrumental in launching FAVOR-Thank You For Your Service, a county wide initiative to provide discounts on goods and services to Veterans and service men and women on active duty.

We both continue to be involved with the Double H, organizing Realtor Make a Difference Days to provide maintenance and clean up services to the Ranch.
