I am a licensed Broker in both New York and Florida. I started investing in my own real estate in 1994. By 1997 I owned and operated 5 rental houses and loved it so much I went for my real estate license. I began working at First Hampton Realty in Westhampton Beach, NY as a sales associate under two of the best Brokers in NY. After 3 exciting and rewarding years in the Hamptons I decided I wanted more. I went for my Brokers license and opened my own Real Estate and Building Corporation in New York. One year later opened another in Spring Hill Florida, What we like to refer to as Little New York because of all the New Yorkers that have migrated here. I offer all my customers advertising in magazines in both states and internet advertising that reaches customers around the nation.
