Dennis Mogil

Dennis is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, full-time Realtor®, and the 2011 Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Ithaca Board of Realtors®. He came to Ithaca over 40 years ago to attend Cornell, fell in love with the area, and decided to make it his home after graduation.

His clients have stated he is not only patient and thorough but also very helpful and knowledgable about the Ithaca housing market. Dennis continues to take courses to stay current on real estate and better serve his clients’ needs. He is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Graduate of the Realtor® Institute, and has earned the Green Resource Council Certification. Dennis currently lives in Lansing with his wife Michelle (nee Montague) of 26 years. They have three daughters and are grandparents of two boys. Outside of real estate, Dennis is active in the community as a member of the Lansing Community Council, Past-President of the Ithaca-Cayuga Rotary, recently earned the Master Composter designation through the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County Master Composter Program, and is an avid gardener.
