John Maniec

I have been selling real estate in New York City and Long Island since 1986. I am currently an associate real estate broker with Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. with its corporate offices located in Plainview, Long Island. My main area of service comprises the communities of Bayside, Little Neck, Douglaston, Whitestone, Fresh Meadows and Flushing all situated in Northeast Queens, New York City.
I am an active member of the Long Island Board of Realtors and a realtor with the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island. I have earned the National Association of Realtors (NAR) certification as an e-PRO internet professional and most recently the designation of Certified Buyer Representative (CBR). The NYS Department of State has approved me to be a real estate instructor and I regularly teach salesperson and broker qualifying classes for the Realty Institute of Forest Hills.
I am a retired NYC public school teacher and have taught part-time college courses at St. Joseph's College, Brooklyn campus and at St. John's University (Jamaica, Queens campus).

I earned a Master's Degree from New York University in the field of Public Administration and have taught high school and college classes for over 25 years. I am also approved by NYS Department of State to teach real estate salesperson and broker qualifying classes.
