From castles to condominiums, I work in partnership with my clients to both buy and sell residential property in Northern Westchester County, NY. As a professional, I listen to your needs and work with you to meet those needs whether buying or selling your home making the process a stress free as possible.

For Buyers, I will be acting as a Buyers Agent, adhering to the NYS Code of Ethics as to Confidentially of your Information, provide you with Full Disclosure of any details that I can find out about a property including doing Due Diligence in researching the home in question and other similar homes on the market as well as recently sold. I will provide you with a full accounting as to taxes and any additional association fees, I will obey any legal requests you have with regard to resreach or submitting an offer and I will provide you my full Loyalty as I will only be working for you with no allegience to another party in the transaction.

For Sellers, I will provide you a current market analysis of your home to determine the correct entry price to the market based on recent sales in your area as well as work with you to prepare and stage your home for sale. As your advocate, the NYS Code of Ethics stipulates that I owe you a duty of Loyalty and Confidentiality. I will keep you informed throughout the process as to showing feed back, provide you will all offers and provide guidance in preparing a response during negotiations and then assist you through the closing.

As a resident of Mount Kisco, married with 2 children in the Bedford Central School District, and involved in community activities, I am both knowledgeable about and committed to the northern Westchester real estate market and our communities.
