This ONE on ONE approach is being provided to implement and maintain all aspects of Career Development; to include the education and mentoring of specific business plans to increase the percentage of capping agents and overall market center growth. Jerry, as the productivity coach, will enable agents to exceed their real estate goals.

Jerry comes to us from Coldwell Banker residential in White Plains NY with several years’ real estate experience and over $18 MILLION DOLLARS in sales. His extensive managerial experience of over thirty years includes ten years with Entergy Nuclear Power. There, as a planning supervisor he trained employees on the job, administered Train the Trainer workshops. In addition, he planned for extensive power outages implemented policies and procedures for Radiation Protection.
As part of Jerry’s distinguished managerial career he was employed by Leaseway Transportation for over twenty years overseeing the five boroughs of New York and Westchester County and also was responsible for the distribution, warehousing, and home deliveries for the Nation’s number one retailer. He managed over two hundred and fifty employees at six locations as well as several managers setting goals for each location and implementing a successful program with continued mentoring of all career development.
