With over nineteen years of experience, Linda is known for her strong negotiating skills and her tenacious spirit to see even the toughest sale to the end. Her creative sense has given her the ability to close transactions that even other seasoned brokers couldn’t close. She believes that every transaction she participates in will close and she doesn’t give up until they do. She has an innovative out of the box thinking in all types of markets. All of these characteristics have proven her to be a leader, pioneer and veteran in the industry.

Linda entered the Real Estate industry in1992. She has received top producer awards with Re/Max for six consecutive years. She was an associate broker with Time Equities Inc a real estate development firm in Manhattan. She founded her own Real Estate Company in 2002 and managed a residential and commercial mortgage branch office as well. She volunteered her time to the Staten Island Board of Realtor’s professional standards committee hearing ethic violation cases for four years. She was nominated and elected to serve a two year term as Director on the Staten Island Board of Realtors which held 2300 members at the time of her service. She is currently a certified and preferred broker for the Center for New York City Neighbors, a non for profit organization created by Mayor Bloomberg with a foreclosure prevention program. Linda volunteers her time consulting homeowners seeking loan modifications in the pre-foreclosure prevention program at Neighborhood Houses Association, a division of CNYCN,

Because of her strong commitment to the community, she has included in her scope of services a Pre-foreclosure Homeowner Recovery Program. Realty-Pros team includes full time negotiators and attorneys to work with banks and homeowners to sell their homes for market value. The recovery services include debt relief and credit repair to help homeowner recover from their financial misfortune. These services allow homeowners to sell their homes or in some cases refinance to a new loan when there is negative equity (owe more on their mortgage than their home is worth), pay off debt with affordable payment plans and repair their credit rating. An important ingredient of this process is that Linda and her team negotiate with bank to sale homes for the market value and release the homeowner of the remaining debt not paid. Then, these homeowners are guided to an after sale recovery program to re-establish their credit rating. Linda and her team are working to help these homeowners who have this common problem in this new market. She helps pre-foreclosure homeowners to sell and avoid foreclosures and bankruptcy. Her most recent endeavor is repositioning properties by buying notes with an investment group at Pioneer Commercial Ventures, LLC.
